About
Who you'll be working with
Hello, I'm Sanjana, founder of Vibrant Communications & Sustainability.
For over 13 years I've helped organisations tell their stories, build trust and communicate with confidence. My career has taken me across infrastructure, public transport, governance, environmental projects and communitity initiatives. I've led everything from strategic and crisis communications to stakeholder engagement and marketing campaigns.
I love making complex ideas simple and accessible, sharing stories that matter and connecting people to what they care about. Whether I'm developing a strategy, writing content or supporting a leaders through change, I bring a positive and collaborative approach and enjoy becoming a trusted extension of the teams I work with.
Alongside Vibrant, I'm completing a Master of Management specialising in Sustainability. I hold a Bachelor of Arts (First Class Honours) in Communications and Marketing and a National Diploma in Project Management.
Outside work, you'll usually find me doing something outdoorsy, planning the next adventure, in my vege garden, or enjoying quality time with loved ones. As a multicultural Kiwi, I value different perspectives and bring curiosity to everything I do.

Our core work involves managing communications, marketing and sustainability projects. We're here to help with your new initiatives, daily operations and to assist if things haven't quite gone to plan.
With expertise in both proactive and crisis communications, there are three levels to our consultancy:

We have experience in boots on the ground, practical industries. This involves communications and marketing for transport, construction, emergency management and infrastructure operations. We're ready to rock up to site in high-vis and get to know your project.

Working with both private and public service organisations is second nature to us. It could be researching and preparing formal reports, governance documents or writing speeches. It might also be putting our creative caps on, designing campaigns and measuring their impact. We're able to hit the ground running and get stuck in.
